Course Structure (Month by Month)

Month 1: Adobe Premiere Pro (Basics to Advanced)

Week 1 – Interface & Workflow: Understanding timeline, bins, importing media, organizing footage, basic cuts (razor, trim, ripple, roll).
Week 2 – Transitions & Effects: Applying video transitions, keyframing, speed ramping, slow motion, reverse clips, basic video effects (Lumetri Color, blur, etc.).
Week 3 – Audio Editing & Mixing: Adjusting volume, keyframe audio, noise reduction, adding background music, voiceover recording, audio transitions.
Week 4 – Titles, Graphics & Export: Creating titles, lower thirds, animated text, essential graphics panel, export settings for YouTube, Instagram, and 4K.
Project: Edit a 2-minute travel vlog or short interview video with titles, transitions, and background music.

Month 2: Adobe After Effects (Motion Graphics & Visual Effects)

Week 1 – Interface & Basic Animation: Layers, keyframes, shape layers, basic transformations, easy ease, graph editor.
Week 2 – Text Animation & Lower Thirds: Animated text presets, per-character 3D, creating custom lower thirds, intro/outro animations.
Week 3 – Masking, Rotoscoping & Green Screen: Mask tracking, rotobrush, keylight (chroma key), compositing multiple layers.
Week 4 – Visual Effects & Motion Tracking: Particle effects, light leaks, motion tracking, camera tracking, using expressions for automation.
Project: Create a 30-second animated promo video with text animation, green screen removal, and motion graphics.

Month 3: Color Grading, DaVinci Resolve & Freelancing

Week 1 – Color Correction & Grading: Using Lumetri scopes, primary correction, curves, color wheels, creating cinematic looks (teal & orange, moody, etc.).
Week 2 – DaVinci Resolve (Basics): Node-based color grading, power windows, tracking, delivering professional grades for film and social media.
Week 3 – Multi-Camera Editing & Workflow Optimization: Syncing multiple angles, multicam editing, proxy workflows, rendering for different platforms.
Week 4 – Freelancing & Portfolio Building: Creating a showreel, setting up Fiverr/Upwork profiles, writing proposals, pricing strategies, client management.
Final Project: Edit a complete 3–5 minute short film, music video, or brand promo (includes color grading, motion graphics, and sound design).
